Burnham Beeches Hotel is a 4 star hotel situated just outside Burnham, in several acres of beautiful gardens. The hotel has multiple food and beverage outlets including a fine dining 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and multiple function spaces. We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to come on board the property and work with the head chef to drive forward the standards in the kitchen department.
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a passionate Kitchen Porter.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will assist in food preparation and organisation within the kitchen. You will contribute to the smooth running of your section by preparing and presenting food to a high standard, maintaining hygiene practices and actively developing your kitchen skills and knowledge
The ideal candidate for the Kitchen Porter position should:
- Preferably have a background in Hotels
- People that know their way around a kitchen (Ideally)
- Confidence when working under pressure
- Good communications skills.
- Physically fit, as this work is hands on and will require some lifting/loading of machines
- Flexible and hard working
