Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking Kitchen Stewards / Kitchen Porters to join their talented Food & Beverage team.

The Role: Join the heart of our Food and Beverage team in Hampshire, upholding our food safety and hygiene standards and supporting our luxury guest experience. You will be responsible for washing china, cutlery and glass and operating the dish washing machine, alongside maintaining the cleanliness of areas under Stewarding responsibility and organisation in our storerooms. This role is suited for hands-on individuals who love the buzz of working through tasks. You will be working collaboratively with our Stewarding team, whilst supporting our kitchen and F&B outlet teams. This role provides insight into behind the scenes of F&B operations, with on-the-job training.

The basic salary is £23,100 per annum (Night shift alowance would be an additional £10 per night that you worked).

Shift Schedule: Rotating AM or PM shifts or Night Shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays. AM Shifts start at 6am, PM shift starts at 2:45pm. Night Shifts are 11pm to 7:30am. Average of 40 hours a week, 5 days a week (Part-time available). No split shifts.

Basic Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) is required
