Job description

What is my role as Michelin Star Kitchen Porter?

As a Kitchen Porter you must have similar experience working in a busy kitchen.

Our restaurant is open fixed 4 days - 4 dinners and 3 lunches.

To be considered you must be able to cover all shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, around 40h - 44h / week.

Main duties will include :

Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
Minimize breakages and report any loss or damage
Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
Use equipment and chemicals with care and as directed
To ensure that you operate according to correct principles of food service and Hygiene
Take out the garbage
