An opportunity has arisen for 2 kitchen porters to join The Guild Catering team on central campus. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced catering environment. Our kitchen porters prepare and maintain specified areas to the required level of cleanliness within agreed set time limits and with reference to a Cleaning Frequency Schedule, and carry out day to day duties as specified by Senior Chefs and Chefs. The role will contribute to the overall success of Commercial Services, and ensure Catering Services achieves its financial objectives through robust financial management and a market driven approach that focuses on the customer experience and excellent food quality, across the full range of Catering Services.
The primary goal is to deliver a commercial strategy underpinned by innovative, customer-focussed service, creating a positive customer experience linked to a sound commercial platform. Support, guidance, leadership, and direction will always be provided.
