Job description
Our casual dining restaurant is expanding and we need experienced, motivated kitchen porter. You’ll help to keep a kitchen running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. Your day-to-day duties could include: organising the storeroom collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlerygetting pots, pans plates and cutlery back into use quickly washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and wallsmaking sure kitchen equipment is properly storedremoving and recycling waste from the kitchen You might also help with basic food preparation before the kitchen or restaurant opens. Previous experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: From £9.00 per hour
