Job description
A kitchen porter will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of food equipment and food preparation areas.
Duties:
Cleaning and maintaining the equipment for both production areas.
Ensuring work areas are kept organised, clean and maintained to the high standard.
Completing cleaning records to ensure standards are maintained.
Assisting with the close down and cleaning of production.
Essential Skills:
*Experience in working in a food or industrial environment and managing your own responsibilities.
*Will be required to conduct regular manual labour at machinery and around factory unit.
*English speaking and writing skills are essential for completing relevant paperwork and liaising with the management team.
Qualifications:
The candidate with relevant experience from food industry.
Food Safety & Hygiene (Desired but not essential).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.50-£10.42 per hour
