Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and organised, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of hygiene standards and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of food.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene standards.
  • Unload deliveries and store them correctly.
  • Keep work surfaces clean and sanitised.
  • Collect and dispose of rubbish.
  • Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment.
