The Project:
Fish Game it’ s a fusion of simple elements.
The versatility of this concept makes it highly unique. The vision will always be based on solid pillars and the sustainability will be met by rearranging the selection of products with local producers and raw materials from their seas and lands.
A simple kitchen and the result of a marriage of fish and game, based on only 12 dishes. The menu follows the seasonal fish and game market to guarantee freshness and sustainability.
We are looking for candidates willing to grow and have the following requirements and availability.
- FOUR WEEKLY payments
Availability to work from Monday to Sunday (5 days)- Availability to work night shifts from 6pm to 12am
The main duties
Include assisting the Chef preparing food before service starts.
You report to the head chef and the sous chef and ensure the quality standards are always achieved.
We wish our team grows inside the company and turn into commis chef in a very short time period.
Your full time job is 5 days per week, (3 days if you are looking for a part time job).
