Job description

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter who will assist our chefs with the preparation of food and with cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will have food service experience and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. He or she will be responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining dishware and helping our chefs with food preparation tasks.

Must have current Level 1 Food Hygiene

The job is across two sites. Mainly at Old Street, but sometimes Clapham.

Pay is weekly

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef with food preparation
• Wash up and put away kitchen utensils, equipment
• Clean kitchen, tables, walls, and floors.
• Do other general kitchen cleaning as needed.
• Put deliveries away in correct storage place
• Protect the safety and security of all kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
