KITCHEN ASSISTANT

MON-FRI - DAY SHIFT - IMMEDIATE START
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and dedicated Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our team at BBC Club W1, Central London.

Key Tasks
- Duties include manual washing up and operation of an industrial dishwasher.
- To receive, record and store deliveries according to Club and statutory regulations.
- To carry out scheduled deep-cleaning duties in food preparation, service and storage areas.
- To assist the chefs in food production - plan, prepare and execute tasty, healthy, well-presented meals.
- To ensure your work area is clean and tidy, and that all hygiene regulations and good working practices are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure adherence to all statutory requirements in respect of fire, health and safety, hygiene and insurance
Required Skills and Experience
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Food Safety level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Documentation supporting your eligibility to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
