Job description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to coordinate all kitchen staff and ensure the smooth operation of our growing restaurant. The successful candidate will maintain efficient kitchen operations by working closely with the staff, cooking staff, and management team. In addition, this person will be in charge of ensuring that all food is prepared according to the menu standards.
Responsibilities:
- Record food costs and balance the books according to regional standards.
- Manage the inventory of food products in the kitchen.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure the quality of customer service.
- Plan for the procurement of food products for the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen staff.
- Plan and implement new food trends.
- Monitor food production and presentation.
- Update menu according to local trends, special events, and holidays.

Salary: £29,512.00-£30,504.00 per year
