Job description
We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team in Baillieston. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and helping the Head Chef with other tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Prepare food items according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Follow recipes and portion specifications accurately.
