BESPOKE KITCHEN DESIGNER AND SALES CONSULTANT

Summary

We’re looking for a passionate, committed, energetic and tenacious senior design and sales consultant, who engages with new as well as existing clients to provide them with the very best in kitchen design and customer service.

This is a permanent full-time role working with our successful and award-winning team to design and sell the latest in kitchen brands from our own Jacob & Sons Hand Crafted hand painted traditional, through to Cesar Italian Design and the efficient and contemporary German Kitchens from Schuller and Next 125.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record in high end sales and design.
  • Provide World Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showrooms.
  • Follow up leads, deliver winning presentations and convert to sales.
  • Meeting with clients, to prepare and design project briefs and quotations in line with the client’s vision.
  • Design inspiring Kitchens with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail.
  • Conduct surveys at the client’s home, provide detailed drawings and specifications and advise on various options. Managing customer projects and expectations from initiation to completion.
  • Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our customers with excellent after sales service.
  • Place and track orders, deliveries, and address day to day queries.
  • Potentially work with fitting teams and project manage installations.
  • Be open to working flexibly and adapting to change.
  • Help develop our online presence alongside our marketing team and provide regular blog or social media posts to help further connect online.
  • Be an ambassador of the Roccia brand and our values.

About You:

  • Showroom experience with proven high end kitchen sales experience.

· Experience and knowledge of CAD / Virtual Design packages (Compusoft - Winner Design would be ideal).

· Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the customers’ needs.

· Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure with strong organisational skills.

· Proven ability to convert designs into sales.

· Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to demonstrate excellent standards in design and service.

· Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and positive.

· Confident & Likeable Personality.

· Committed to personal development and adapting quickly to new learning and change.

· Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with employees, customers, peers and management.

Working Hours:

This is a salaried post with a 42.5 hours ‘Flex’ contract, with 28 days annual leave including Bank holidays. (Please note that as we are a retail outlet, weekend / Bank Holiday working is on a rota basis).

NOTES

This is a permanent role, subject to an initial 6-month probationary period.
