Casey’s Creative Kitchens is growing again! We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer for our Waterloo location! Are you a creative individual with a passion for design? Then this is the role for you! Casey’s Creative Kitchens is a local leader in the kitchen industry, with 6 locations across Southern Ontario. For 45 years we have developed a brand that stands for superior designs and quality workmanship. Our designers work closely one-on-one with clients to bring their dream kitchen to life!
The responsibilities of our Kitchen Designers include:
- Initial meeting/showroom tour with potential customers
- Conducting in-home measures
- Meeting with clients to discuss their project needs
- Kitchen design and sales presentations
- Final sale and ordering of product
- Liaise with manufacturing, installation and customer service departments
- Oversee projects through completion
- Hit or exceed quarterly sales targets
The qualifications the winning candidate must possess include:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen design or a related field.
- A proven ability to close sales and be comfortable with working to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Experience with 20/20 design software
- Ability to design a kitchen with function and style
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
This is a commission-based full-time position in a great working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
