Delaware North UK is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Prime Burger, St Pancras International in North London. As Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting culinary preparation, showcasing your passion for food, whilst delivering a memorable guest experience and an ability to adapt to our guests’ needs.

Responsibilities:

Making culinary preparations.
Assisting the chef in kitchen duties.
Taking in of deliveries.
Restocking of inventory.
Following opening and closing procedures.
Ensuring the unit is continuously clean and tidy.

Qualifications:

Food Safety Level 2.
Complete mandatory onboarding.
Relevant experience is useful, but not required. Ideal for those looking to start their culinary or hospitality career.
Ability to follow instructions and have strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast passed environment and as part of a team.
Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment ware).
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
