Job description

Key responsibility's:
· Knowledge of food and hygiene
· Help with food prep (cleaning/cutting vegetables)
· Help with food prep (making sauces/marinades)
· Clean the restaurant/cooking utensils etc
· Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant/kitchen areas ready for service or the next day
· Maintain the restaurant standards keeping all areas of the business clean and tidy
