You’ll be working in a contemporary pub, complete with suntrap beer garden, that charms with quirky decor echoing the soul of the area. What’s more, all that Bristol has to offer lies right on our doorstep.
We’re looking for a kitchen assistant to join our close-knit team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the kitchen, thriving in a fast-paced environment to help deliver experiences that delight our guests.
About you:
You’ll take pride in managing the dishwasher and wash up area - a crucial role that ensures the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.- You follow cleaning schedules to a tee and know health and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
- You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full team including Front of House during peak times.
- Having a wealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
- You champion our green initiatives, handling and disposing of waste and recycling materials in the right way.
- You fit straight into a fast-paced, close-knit team.
- Peak season can get pretty busy, but you thrive when working under pressure.
- Forging a strong relationship with Team Leaders and the Management Team, you take pride in carrying out your work and setting a glowing example to others.
- You are able to lend a helping hand with food preparation.
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness means you keep the kitchen looking spick and span.
