CATERING ASSISTANT
At Springfield Care Villages we've been providing kind, compassionate care in beautiful, uplifting, award winning environments for over 50 years and we're looking for a catering assistant care assistant to join us at Seacroft Green Care Centre, Seacroft, Leeds. About the Role
Our catering assistants are the heart of our homes. ensuring our residents enjoy high-quality and healthy meals. You'll help us deliver the highest quality person-centred care and work closely with our care teams. Like us, you will always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve.
Your duties will include helping to prepare and serve high quality food and beverages to our residents whilst you promote healthy nutrition and hydration.
You will serve food that meets residents' individual needs and communicate with them to ensure they're catered for in the way they prefer.
About You
Care home experience is not essential for this role (although it’s great if you have some) as we will offer full, dynamic training. The skills we’re looking for include:
- Kind and caring with passion for people
- Listening and great at making conversation with people from all walks of life.
- Team player who works really well with others.

Seacroft Green is a beautiful care home in a fantastic location, within the heart of the local community. We offer residential and dementia care, as well as respite breaks.
