A close knit team creating a menu of mouth watering and freshly prepared food
Integral to Middleton Hall - our busy catering team - prepare and serve home-made food using locally sourced ingredients. working closely with our hospitality and care services to ensure a first class restaurant and dining experience for all residents, families, visitors and Co-owners.
In summary our Kitchen Assistants:
Provide support to the whole catering team:
(Fellow kitchen assistants, commis chef, chef de partie & head chef)
Food preparation - chopping/peeling/washing
Cleaning & washing of cutlery, utensils & equipment by hand as well as loading/unloading dish washers
General housekeeping
Supporting special events and celebrations
The Opportunity:
Pay rate starting from £9.80 per hour
24 hours per week available
Rota working - 3 shifts per week
