What you can expect in this role?
Working in the hotel, you’ll be surrounded by a team of passionate and dedicated hospitality Partners to give our guests the best experience whether they are with us for the day or a longer stay. What is different about our guests though, is that they are Partners, their friends and family. As co-owners in the business, you’ll see this difference in the way your teammates and you approach your job and carry out your responsibilities.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be assisting on basic food preparation for the chefs and ensuring that the kitchen remains efficient and profitable through being responsible for food deliveries, stock rotation, completion of cleaning schedules and temperature checks. You’ll be supporting the high quality customer service we offer to our guests and maintaining the high standards associated with the hotel by demonstrating and complying with hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Additional Information:
Full time Hours various shifts - Pay range will be increased on pro-rata basis to account for a 45 hour week over a Full time equivalent of 37.5 hours
Earliest start time 6am latest finish time 21:30
