Job Purpose
· Assisting the catering team to provide a high standard of food service while maintaining excellence in cleanliness.
Skills, knowledge and qualifications
Required:
· Good, friendly communication skills.
· Able to work within a close team.
· Satisfactory DBS check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
· Knowledge / experience of health and safety legislation.
· Flexible in approach to working rota.
· Must have impeccable standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Desired:
· Food hygiene certificate.
· Experience in working in a catering kitchen.
Reporting to: Chef/cook and Second Chef/Cook
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 19 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour

- Sunderland, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
