Our Client has openings for Kitchen Assistants for Full time – Days in Stoke Bishop, Bristol BS9. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Good" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 48 Service Users.

Job Details as Kitchen Assistant:

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Stoke Bishop, Bristol BS9
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Schedule: Full Time Days(7:30am – 7:30pm)

Responsibilities as Kitchen Assistant:

• Assist the Chef in the preparation of meals.
• Undertaking preparation, plating and serving of meals to Residents, staff, and visitors as required.
• Preparing and heating up breakfast items and serve as required.
• Heating up or baking prepared supper food and serve as required.
• Preparing sandwiches as required by the Chef.
• Providing necessary crockery, cutlery, trays and serving utensils.
• Ensuring that the trolleys are clean and well-presented before being transported to the floors for serving.
• Thoroughly cleaning all serving trolleys after each meal.

Requirements as Kitchen Assistant:

• We provide our staff with the training required for the role, so no direct kitchen experience is required, although it is beneficial.
• A background in Customer Service or a People Oriented Environment is desirable.
• Individuals who can adapt well to working as a team and independently
• Individuals who have good verbal and written communication
• Evidence of having undertaken relevant training i.e. health & safety, food hygiene is not required, although it is beneficial.
