Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Kids Club Assistant you will assist with the smooth running of the Kids Club operation, creating a safe environment and providing an exciting and stimulating program of activities for children aged 3 to 8 years old. Adhering to all check in and safeguarding procedures when needed, as well as acting as a safeguarding officer in the event of disclosures or concerns involving a child, you will have a passion for working with children and be highly motivated to work in a fun and inspiring Kids Club.

Who we are looking for

  • DBS check, and previous experience working with young children.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues and senior management as well as our members, guests and their children.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
  • A genuine passion for providing a fun and exciting club for young children.
