Job description

We are looking for a part time Keyholder to join at our Keyholder store for 20 hours a week. Shifts will be varied across 7 days and we'll also need you to be able to help out covering the management teams holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, we are looking for a free thinking, passionate individual who will provide a one of a kind, outstanding customer experience and assist with day to day operations of the store in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager & Store Manager.

Main duties will include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Follow all store operating procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment etc
  • Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment
  • Handle till transactions in line with operating procedures
  • Handle more complex enquiries from customers
  • Be a trusted key holder – which will include the responsibility of opening the store
  • Any other reasonable task as instructed by the store management team

To be our Keyholder you will need the following;

  • Similar experience in a key holder role, particularly with a fashion/lifestyle brand would be preferable
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
  • Sales oriented – target driven and able to assist the team with achieving store goals and
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of leading a team and driving sales
  • Professional, but also authentic and fearless!
