We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, creative and committed Children's Services Manager to support the development and progression of our new Keyworker service in East Berkshire. Our vision is to provide young person and family centered support, whilst influencing system change to achieve better outcomes for more children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs across East Berkshire. The service will be provided across the entire East Berkshire footprint covering: Slough, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Bracknell Forest.
The Children's Services Manager will provide vision, leadership, management, support, and development opportunities to the staff team in line with the expected behaviours laid out within our People and Culture Strategy. The successful candidate will drive our vision of the service and have the passion and experience to see it succeed. As part of the leadership team within the Barnardo's Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire locality, the Children's Services Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve the best outcomes for all children accessing Barnardo's services across the locality.
