Key Accounts Sales Support (Hybrid)

We have an opportunity for a Key Accounts Sales Support to join the Foodservice sales team.
The purpose of this role is to manage and develop relationships with Key account customers, to support the Key Account Managers to grow and develop their business profitably, and to build long term stable relationships, the main duties of this role include the following but not limited to:
- To support the Account manager to open new accounts and to manage orders
- Ensure that existing and potential customers receive excellence in customer service from our business.
- Direct liaison with customer head offices.
- Address all day-to-day queries and requests relating to the accounts including managing the APL, new line listings, product additions to the contract, short deliveries, extra deliveries, and sales report and statistics on request.
- Help to Resolve day to day issues and work with support functions, logistics, customer service team and Telesales to ensure processes are put in place to resolve issues permanently.
- To manage and run a suite of weekly reports
- To manage and close out credit requests, order queries and all quality issues with QA
- Manage the new product listing on customers ordering portals
- Work with transport to ensure we operate within the terms of the SLA in relation to delivery frequencies and delivery windows etc.
- Arrange increased or decreased delivery frequencies depending on volume.
- Liaise with the supply chain to ensure full availability of product, manage weekly stock reports for the customers and help in the resolution of date and slow-moving stock issues etc.
- To work with QA to manage food safety for Key accounts and ensure all product recalls and product quarantines are managed in timely professional manner.
- Plan in detail changes in service requirements for the key seasonal periods and work cross functionally to ensure service is maintained for these customers.
- Build upon and enhance the strong relationship between Musgrave and our Key Account customers.
- To support the Key account manager to achieve sales and margin targets per period.
- Support with Tender Submission
The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Excellent excel and power point skills
- 3 years’ experience/ knowledge in foodservice industry in an administrative/sales capacity
- Understanding of the foodservice customer.
- Networking with internal colleagues
- Margin calculations
- Reports/ administration management
- Proven track record in relationship management
- Proven track record in proactive customer service
