RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Account Manager (French Retailers)
Salary: up to £60,000 pa DOE + benefits
Location: London (Home office with travel)
Can also be located in cities such as Milton Keynes, Coventry, Leicester, Peterborough, Loughborough, Cambridge, Bedford, Birmingham, Luton, London, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, York, Exeter, Wolverhampton, Northampton, Gloucester, Southampton
(Travel to office once a week and travel to France every 6 to 8 weeks on average)

Main Duties:

To be responsible pursue developments on the French territory following existing & new partnerships with Major Retailers


The Role:

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Retail Landscape in France
  • Identify new business development opportunities at Retail & Distribution level
  • Responsible for creating & executing Key Account Plans
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with Supplier & Clients
  • Arrange regular meetings with key Clients / Buyers to discuss Sales & Marketing
  • Ensure partnerships are reaching the maximum potential
  • Conduct occasional store visits, engaging with retailers to support sales
  • Research market trends, competitor activity and new marketing opportunities
  • Identify areas to improve brand awareness and presence
  • Arrange promotions, advertising, and other marketing activities as guided by the Marketing
  • Attend and assist in the organisation of trade shows and exhibitions
  • Travel to Europe when required / contribute to developing brand awareness

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

  • Fluent in French (essential)
  • Experience working with French Retailers including grocers & Ecommerce
  • Travel to Head Office in Northamptonshire + France
  • Previous experience as National Account Executive or Key Account Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) & great attention to detail.
  • Confident and approachable
  • IT Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Up to £60,000 pa DOE + Benefits
