We're a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions in the UK, and we're searching for a seriously talented Operations Account Manager to join our incredible Retail & Leisure Sales team.

Your main gig? As an Operations Account Manager at Pod Point, you’ll be looking after some of our largest Key Accounts, ensuring objectives and projects are met in line with the set requirements. Day to day you’ll provide excellent service and support to our biggest retail customers, by coordinating different departments within Pod Point and working together to achieve set SLAs for the respective accounts.

The Operations Account Manager role sits within the heart of our Commercial Sales team, who focus on providing charging solutions to our commercial customers. On top of being a people person who loves to problem solve you’ll be responsible for:

Sustaining and developing existing relationships with our biggest and longest-standing key accounts ensuring 5* service is provided, no matter what the task is.
Completing all administrative tasks to the highest standard, and providing any required reports to the clients in a timely manner.
Effectively managing internal and external relationships to effortlessly convey business objectives.
Proactively looking at ways of improving day-to-day tasks and streamlining processes.
Prioritising and ensuring projects are completed in line with our agreed SLAs, often problem-solving on the go to avoid any delays.

Electrify us with your skills:

We think the role would be best suited to somebody who has previously looked after key accounts in a commercial sector and has managed projects, as well as someone who is:

An excellent communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to the client or vendor directly, or deliver a client presentation.
A people person with previous experience in managing and overseeing a variety of projects that incorporate cross-functional day-to-day tasks across multiple departments.
Adaptable and works well under pressure - if things go wrong, you’ll be able to adapt and sort them out.
Used to numbers and analysing data, some experience with Tableau or a similar data visualisation platform would be a plus!
