Purpose of the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be based in or amazing London office. Your key objective will be to help expand Trip.com Group’s accommodation supply network and establish and manage key account relationships. You will be nurturing our key accounts and assisting market partnership related functions, as well as identifying trends and defining potential sources of supply to satisfy consumer demand on Trip.com Group
What You'll Do
- Drive the market in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) for account profile by developing and sustaining strong partner relationships, providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to key account hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities on Trip.com)
- Ensure that key account product (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on Trip.com Group to maximize customer conversion. Secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs
- Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands' merchandising and marketing efforts. Help to launch promotional campaigns to enhance productivity and opportunities to manage room availability and maintain competitiveness on Trip.com Group.
- You will build great relationships with partners to help grow our business portfolio including preparation of relevant presentation materials for partner meetings
Who You Are
- Ideally qualified to bachelor’s degree level with minimum 3 years' experience in Key Account Management within the Travel Industry, and if you also have experience working with chain hotels, that would be amazing!You are flexible and a quick learner, comfortable in a fast-changing business environment
You can prioritize your workload and be laser-focused on achieving a variety of goals and strategic objectives
Hungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven
Ability to utilize business data analysis to develop growth strategy
Able to build and maintain great business relationships
Able to work independently as well as be a strong team player, always seeking to improve team and organizational performance
A great communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
Highly competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
You have an analytical mindset and are able to process raw data
Ideally with strong knowledge of direct connectivity, and experience working with chain hotels

Salary: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
