Key Account Manager Livingston, Scotland

At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager based in Livingston.
You should have an extensive background in managing customer accounts within a manufacturing setting.
Duties:
· Establish and manage current customer relationships, striving to capitalize on organic revenue growth opportunities.
· Be accountable for the customer Profit and Loss with a focus on meeting / exceeding clearly defined financial objectives.
· Managing and executing period based pricing activity covering materials, purchase price variance and value add costs.
· Meet or exceed the expectations of the customers. Listen to the customer needs and translate those into action that meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals in terms of delivery, quality, responsiveness and customer focus.
· Create and execute customer account plan including strategies to increase profitability, account penetration, service expansion and customer loyalty.
· Responsible for tactical execution of established contract terms and / or involvement in negotiation of contract terms for new/developing customers supported by company legal representation.
· Build and develop multi-level relationships with customers and internally. Be fully knowledgeable with the customer business model, market place, competition and needs. Partner with internal functions to communicate
