Our client is industry leading specialist sub contractor into the Telecoms Build Sector, specialising in lifting, high rise and street works projects. Due to continued contract wins and company growth, they are now on the lookout for a new Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will work within the lifting services division with responsibilities for owned accounts B2B Sales and full account management to ensure best in class service is delivered.
- Create, manage and maintain a Customer Account Management Plan that meets the key commercial and operational objectives of the business.
- Develop seamless and regular planning meetings with customers to maximise theclarity on forward workload / pipeline.
- Pro - actively engage and influence customers to use andremain front of mind when employing lifting and logistics services.
- Proactively build relationships within the UK telecommunications market to fully capitalise on market growth.
- Develop customer segments & establish the business as a leading services solution provider into the telecommunications market.
- Develop a strong and positive relationship with the key decision makers andinfluencers within allocated customer accounts.
- Ensure the business CRM database is updated with current customer information and performance.
- Ensure regular reporting on customer performance and profitability.
- Support and assist the Redtrail/Commhoist Project and Service Delivery Managersto achieve their objectives.
- Maximise the business opportunities presented to us from its targetcustomers.
- Provide responsive, positive, and efficient resolutions to satisfy customers expectations and needs.
- Liaise with internal operations and commercial teams to support their objectives.
- Act as escalation path for customers and internal teams to ensure any contractual issues are resolved in a timely manner.
