Role: Key Account Manager
Location: Hybrid -Corby Salary: £40,000 + bonus Contract: Permanent, 37.5hrs per week
Hours: Full time 5 days (9-5pm)
My client dynamic forward-thinking consultancy who are looking for driven and Key Account Manager to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. You'll become a strategic partner and advisor to the customer, understanding their needs and establishing opportunities to enhance their customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality Account Management service for our most valuable customers with the aim of building long term relationships that increase retention and unlock opportunities.
- As a dedicated resource for key accounts, you'll be committed to helping them solve their problems, realise their business goals, and achieve success.
- You'll work closely to he customer to understand their specific needs to improve customer retention.
- You'll understand the customer journey and make recommendations to drive a consistent customer experience.
- Establish regular touchpoints with customers to help build trust and rapport.
- Working closely with the sales team to help maximise sales targets.
- Research our competitors within the marketplace to understand how we can develop our customer proposition.
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives that support he customer journey.
- You'll help to provide data, reporting and trends that help the business to understand customer needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to customers.
- Work effectively with all other departments to support in the delivery of company objectives and projects.
Skills & Experience
- You have previous experience as an Account Manager/Senior Sales Advisor within the energy market.
- You'll have experience of providing account management to high value accounts.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to find Awin-win solution.
- Self-motivated with the drive to deliver results within a competitive market.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capability.
- Accurate, with a thorough approach and attention to detail.
- Initiative and a desire to learn & grow with the business.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
