The role…
Due to company growth, we are looking for a talented Employee Research Consultant / Senior Employee Research Consultant to work with one of our largest clients. You’ll be shaping and executing their multi-faceted research programme to drive improvements to the employee experience and workplace culture. You will be focused on employee measurement and insights, you’ll work with one of our major blue-chip clients.
You will work in an advisory capacity as the lead consultant for the client, designing and implementing innovative research solutions which meet their needs, ranging from continuous listening to annual census surveys. Your role will cover end to end support, from shaping and designing research objectives and questions through to creating high impact, high energy insight reports for the client…and everything in between. You’ll lead research programmes but will have the support of a talented team of analysts, writers, designers and project managers providing expert input along the way.
Our continuous growth is built on building great relationships with our clients, so you’ll be responsible for developing effective relationships with yours – likely to be HR & Engagement professionals – who see you as their trusted advisor.
This role can be based in York / London / Manchester or Remote working considered, with occasional UK travel required
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and interesting role including:-
- Leading client projects, working with our talented team of data scientists, analysts, writers, designers, and project managers
- Shaping, designing, and executing a range of solutions for your client based on your understanding of their specific needs
- Pitching new ideas and proposals to your client to support our business growth
- Working as the Account Director for your client, addressing challenges, influencing client behaviour, and ultimately purchasing decisions
- Continually improving our overall proposition, by contributing to our proposition development agenda
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

- A strong understanding of research techniques and their applications within organisations
- Relevant experience in a similar role in the employee engagement space, with a specific focus on employee research
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with clients
- Good understanding of employee engagement and the market we operate in
