The Level 6 Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship

Role Description
- This degree-level apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to continue your education whilst working within a market leading organisation. You will earn a BA Hons Degree in Chartered Management from London Southbank University.
- As an apprentice, you will work 4 days a week at Kantar’s head office in Hanger Lane and one day allocated each week to attend London Southbank university.
- To gain an understanding of Kantar, and to utilise your skills, you will have 3 yearly rotations throughout the business including client service sales, client service insight/delivery and client operations.
- The degree course across 3 years will focus on the theory behind a range of business functions, such as Marketing, Finance and Strategic Management. There will be a combination of multiple-choice exams, coursework, presentations, dissertation, and an end point assessment.
- The day-to-day work at Kantar will give you the opportunity to apply and utilise the theory you have learnt in a live business environment.
- You will have a two-week induction programme where you will learn the fundamentals about our business and become confident to get going quickly. In addition, a comprehensive training programme across the 3 years will pave the way for you to have a fantastic career in delivering truly outstanding insight and achieving your commercial targets
- The opportunity to present your thinking, experiences and potential to the senior management team supporting you with your ongoing development and progression
- Providing you complete the degree including the end point assessment and meeting objectives Kantar will work with you on finding an appropriate role to move into at the end of the 3 years.

Entry requirements:
In order to be eligible to apply for this apprenticeship, you must have or be predicted to achieve:
A Level BCC worth 104 UCAS points or:
BTEC National Diploma DMM worth 112 UCAS points or:
Access to HE qualifications with pass and 21 Merits or:
Equivalent Level 3 qualifications worth 112 UCAS points
Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
Functional Skills L2 in English and Maths

Application process and timelines
STEP 1 Applications open:
You will need to submit an online application form, your CV and accompanying statement detailing why you want to become a Kantar apprentice. Deadline for submissions is Friday 21 July 2023.
Candidates who pass the initial application stage will be invited to complete a video interview task.
STEP 2 Assessment Centre:
Successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Centre on Wednesday 16 August. This will enable you to demonstrate your relevant skills and abilities to the Kantar Team and University Provider.
STEP 3 Offer:
After the Assessment Centre, we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible with an outcome.
