The role

In this role, you will help the creative team create a variety of design assets following our brand guidelines and brief requirements. You will also contribute to our idea generation sessions, adapting artwork from different campaigns to different formats.

You will work closely under the supervision of more senior designers, who will provide mentoring as you learn the ropes in design conception and implementation.

What you will do:

  • Understand project requirements and concepts
  • Understand the company’s vision, and generate appropriate designs that align with these
  • Produce final design assets following a specific style or concept
  • Collaborate with team members to launch projects
  • Take on special design tasks (e.g. colour correction, photo editing)
  • Use feedback from other designers to improve

Who you are:
  • Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign)
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, colours, type, tension, balance, etc)
  • Teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for details
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
