More about your role
As the Customer Focus Team Leader, you will work within our Customer Focus Team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and complaint handling. You will motivate and support the team to continuously improve the service they provide as well as contributing to the overall achievement of our key performance indicators. Working collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business, you will ensure excellence in complaints handling in line with the Housing Ombudsman and Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Codes.
You will utilise data and insight to identify key themes and trends and be able to report on these meaningfully to support the continuous improvement of the services we deliver to our customers.
You will have an interest in the wider sector and utilise best practice to develop and enhance the frontline complaints handling experience for our customers and colleagues.

More about you
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role as well as good knowledge of the housing sector. You will have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities within the team.
You will contribute to continuous improvements following customer feedback and be willing to take on extra qualifications pertaining to your role.
