VNCR media group, based in London, is looking for a highly motivated digital marketing associate to join our team. Location - NW8, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with a focus on social media, Video creation and editing exp, email marketing, and content marketing. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the conception, planning, implementation, testing, and analysis of effective digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills. He/she will also be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing plans across multiple channels and create visual content for social media platforms.
- Create and post content relevant to the company's service offering, products, and brand values.
- Must have experience in creating good quality video contents.
- Help manage and grow social media accounts by creating and/or curating relevant and shareable content, participating in online conversations, and monitoring metrics
- Use analytical tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the market and best practices in digital marketing and be able to effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders
- Through targeted research and outreach finding company-related content and sharing it with followers
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Video content creation & editing experience
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in professional Studio Photography
- Experience in copywriting and designing on Canva
- Basic reporting skills
- Good to have experience in paid ads, podcast production, print merchandise
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £16,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
