We’re a group of developers, designers and data scientists accelerating hand picked startups. Our services cover multiple parallels including App design, website design, branding, SaaS dashboard, software development, business analysis, and funding.
We are now looking for an ambitious and self-driven Junior UX/UI designer to join our rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
- Participate and collaborate in analysing product requirements and product planning to understand the company products
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and UI designers to solve for design problems leveraging an agile way of working
- Assist translating business requirements and user needs into meaningful user journeys and able to demonstrate your process, methodology and approach to UX design strategy
- Assist breakdowning a design brief/idea and help to plan for the discover & UX strategy phase and choose the right UX research method to solve design problems
- Assist creating design specification documents and contribute to the project design system and are comfortable to present designs and their rationale within the team.
Requirements
- Have experience working within Agile team and assist other designers to deliver designs across different digital platforms, (app, website, dashboard, etc.)
- Understand the principles of UX and able to assist UI designers in designing wireframe and hi-fi prototype with design system
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Strong skills in design software, especially Figma.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in design agency preferable or from a single product
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and/or waterfall production methods
