About Us:
We are a boutique influencer management agency, currently a team of three. Established in 2022 with the representation of three creators, we've rapidly expanded our roster over the past two years to 19 creators. Glisten MGMT was founded by a content creator and cosmetic brand owner, seamlessly bridging the gap between worlds to forge impactful partnerships for creators and brands alike.
About You:
We are searching for a passionate and highly organised professional to join our dynamic team. Ideally, candidates have experience in beauty/lifestyle influencer management or brand PR. Alternatively, a background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. We seek a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills.
About the Role:
In the capacity of a Junior Talent Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in nurturing and advancing the careers of our creators. You will seek out brand campaigns and oversee them from start to finish, communicating with the creator and brand throughout.
Responsibilities:
Brand Outreach
- Research and identify potential brand partners that align with our creators' content and target audience.
- Craft compelling pitches and proposals to present our creators as ideal partners for brand campaigns.
- Initiate and maintain communication with brand representatives to establish partnerships.
Creator Communication
- Collaborate with our pool of content creators to understand their strengths, interests, and availability.
- Present brand partnership opportunities to creators, ensuring clear communication of campaign details and expectations.
- Facilitate negotiations between creators and brands, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Ensure creators receive all necessary campaign assets and guidelines.
- Coordinate campaign schedules and deadlines to meet brand expectations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing feedback and insights to creators and brands.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both creators and brand partners.
- Act as a liaison between creators and brands, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during campaigns.
Must be able to travel to London and surrounding areas for meetings and events
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
