We rely on our IT systems at Leeds College of Building to help reach and build success stories for our students. We’re seeking an experienced IT Technician or IT graduate to help develop our systems across the college.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying their skills to a technology-based education model that creates a real-world experience for future workers in the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for duties such as:
- Monitoring infrastructure health and responding to hardware issues as they arise.
- Maintaining internal infrastructure requirements.
- Assisting the college in adopting & deploying cloud technologies.
- Interacting with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
Applicants must either be educated to a degree level or have proven experience within IT.
