Plan-London provides Land Registry compliant plans and measured building surveys services all over the UK.
We are looking for a Junior Measurement Surveyor to join our team in South-East London.
This role would be suitable for a recent graduate or school leaver with good all-round computer skills, good AutoCAD skills and an interest in surveying & drafting. Surveying experience is not essential as training will be provided but a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the role and an appetite to exceed expectations are a must. You must also be prepared to work part outdoors.
Your role will include:
· Assisting surveyors with measured surveys
· Carrying out measured surveys
· Producing accurate drawings using AutoCAD
· Assisting with IT requirements
You will learn how to survey and draw buildings using various techniques, including:
· Laser Scanners (Faro & Leica)
· Handheld laser disto
· AutoCAD
· Processing software (Autodesk ReCap, Leica Cyclone & Faro Scene)
