Junior Support Analyst
Up to £32,000
Hybrid (3 days on site) (Nantwich)
I am looking for a Junior Support analyst who will provide first line support to end users front, middle and back office personnel. You will liaison between end users and development during issue escalation and will issue analytic and tech support via phone, instant messaging, shared issue tracking system and email.
Its essential you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast paced and ever changing system. You should have minimum 1 year experience withing application support or IT support positions.
