Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits

The opportunity:
An opportunity to join a diverse and supportive team to provide administrative support to our Zurich Private Clients team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can mirror our values. In this role you will be processing all our enquiries from our High Net Worth brokers, to ensure delivery of excellent customer service; whilst working alongside and supporting, our market underwriting team.

If you are great at organising and able to prioritise your workload and have great communication skills, this a genuine opportunity to develop a career in Insurance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assists other team members so that team and business objectives are achieved daily.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the customer’s needs and ensures they are met.
  • Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers and enter enquiry data into underwriting and supporting systems.
  • Carries out non routine duties as required by the wider ZPC team.
  • Provides coaching and training for the team ensuring knowledge shared appropriately.
