Job description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our established kitchen team. The role includes preparation and service of food to our Wild Boar lounge which includes modern and traditional dishes, with weekly specials board and menus. A good base knowledge is preferred, but training will be given to ensure standards are achieved.
The role includes banqueting and buffets for weddings served from 2 function kitchens.
The role requires good time management and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team or individually.
Good standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and stock management are essential.
40-50 hours on a weekly rota including some straight and split shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
