You will also educate the customer on how to save water and reduce their water usage.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00. A company van will be provided, to enable you to carry out your role.

Dealing with customers is not only face to face but via telephone. You will be quick thinking with strong problem solving and decision-making skills as the aim is to have first visit resolution at all times.

This is a busy role with a requirement to meet tight deadlines, so we are looking for people with a positive and flexible approach to supporting their team.
