Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef at Brig o Doon House Hotel. The role itself will be to support the management team in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, as well as cooking and running various sections within the kitchen.
Our Junior Sous Chef will be confident in all areas of the kitchen department. You will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in effectively managing the brigade and ensuring the quality of food meets RAD Hotel Group standards. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail.
The successful person will look like:
- Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial
- May suit someone at CDP, Senior CDP or Junior Sous level
- Creative with eye for detail
- Organised and good time management
- Good communications skills
- Keep up to date with industry trends

Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
