Job description: We are looking for an energetic Jr. Sous Chef to join the team here at Bankside Hotel You would be joining Art Yard Bar & Kitchen, part of Bankside Hotel. Art Yard Bar & Kitchen is an informal design focused all-day restaurant serving seasonal and fresh dishes. This role will be divided as 45 hours over 5 days. We are looking for a Sous chef who can assist out Executive Head Chef with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies as well as supervising the Kitchen and chefs.
