Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of project organization, team structures, and the benefits of clean, well-structured code.
- Make meaningful contributions to the team and take responsibility for providing guidance and training to other developers as necessary.
- Attend and contribute to company development meetings and assist the development manager with many aspects of software design and coding.
- Writing and maintaining code and working on minor bug fixes.
- Use tools such as but not limited to - Excel, SQL, Python, SAS, R, MATLAB, etc.) and extract valuable and actionable insights.
- Ensure fool proof and robust applications through unit tests and other quality control measures.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of C#/C++, Object-Oriented Design and Analysis based tasks.
- Basic knowledge of other common programming languages, like JavaScript, C++, and HTML5.
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
- Proficiency in developing and supporting applications in JavaScript or JQuery with understanding of Visual Studio.
- Understanding of implementing Web Services utilizing WCF, SOAP, and Java/J2e development; source code familiarity; report writing etc.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of MVC frameworks, SQL coding, and at least one of the following: AngularJS, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, NodeJS.
- Thorough hold in algorithm design, database programming (RDBMS), and text analytics.

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
