About Us:

Gemec Ltd is a UK based company who specialises in project development, construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. GEMEC is mainly engaged in the UK Solar Market, offering a wide range of solutions and services for grid-connected PV plants.

The Role:

  • Work closely with other developers to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our in-house software.
  • Work on both front-end and back-end tasks.
  • Receive feedback from other departments who use our software.
  • Develop software based on the company's needs in every-day activities

Requirements:

  • C#, ASP.NET Core
  • Web API, RESTful web services
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
  • SQL
  • GIT
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial development

Good to have:

  • Java and Object-Oriented Design
  • Past experience in the renewable energy market

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
