Your role at Clorox:
Join Burt’s Bees & Ever Clean during an exciting period of digital transformation. You will act as the voice of the brands to our online community, helping to shape the strategy & managing the day-to-day execution across our core social channels. You will lead on social content creation, supporting the Digital Brand Manager and wider marketing teams to deliver best in class, engaging content. You will be a key member of our digital expertise team, ensuring we are constantly driving digital innovation and connecting with our customers and community in a meaningful and relevant way.
In this role, you will:
Social Management:
- Own the management of the brands’ core social media platforms (TikTok & IG), developing a strategy that’s underpinned with clear KPI’s to drive acquisition and engagement
- Create monthly content calendars, managing the scheduling & uploading of content for our UK accounts
- Conceptualise, generate & film creative & reactive ‘viral’ social content
- Protect the brands’ image by monitoring conversations across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiatives
- Monitor & report on reactive social media trends, platform updates & competitor activity to ensure we’re leading the way both as a brand & within the social landscape
- Compile monthly reports & present to the team/ key stakeholders, analysing performance, trends (both current and future) engagement and opportunities. Share weekly social successes & learnings
- Identify future opportunities & emerging platforms, presenting case-studies back to wider business
Community Management:
- Take ownership of community management by engaging with our community on social, acting as first point of call for customer queries & monitoring UGC, creating strategies to grow our community, UGC & engagement. Support the role out of UGC & influencer content across other platforms
- Identify potential content creators, brand partnerships, ambassadors, and influencers to help support storytelling and deliver on brand KPIs
Content Creation, Adaptation & Asset Management:
- Film, shoot & edit content to be used across TikTok & Instagram
- Input into brand content strategy, identifying content gaps and recommending and developing new material to enable the development of best in class digital and eCom content
- Support digital team to test, learn & optimise visuals, and copy, analysing performance and sharing learnings with wider business
- Brief & work collaboratively with agencies and freelancers, providing feedback to drive best-in-class execution
What we look for:
- An eye for detail, with a creative vision when it comes to content
- Able to create, adapt & edit content with Adobe suite capability a plus
- Able to shoot & edit your own video content across reels & TikTok
- Years and Type of Experience: A natural on social, particularly TikTok, with 2+ years’ experience managing social media for brands a plus, however, skill & passion are just as important so please do apply even with just a portfolio or your TikTok/IG profile!
- A strong creative flair, attention to detail and overall genuine passion for the social media landscape with a finger on the pulse of trending TikTok content
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write impactful copy in line with brand TOV
- Able to brief & foster collaboration with agencies & freelance creatives, with industry contacts in digital art working, video production, branding & graphic design a plus.
